Meet Rodin, a dynamic force in coffee cultivation. Graduating as an Agronomical Engineer in 2017 with a focus on Hydroponics, Rodin is among the next generation of Villatoros, poised to carry forward the family legacy. With confidence and curiosity, he upholds his father's exacting standards while infusing his own grace and potential into every aspect of farm management.
Rodin and his brother Jenner spearhead the cultivation of Gesha and oversee the natural and anaerobic processing methods. From the family cupping lab to monitoring cherry on the newly implemented raised African drying beds, Rodin's dedication is evident. Named "Las Cuevitas" for the rocky outcroppings and caves adorning the mountainside, Rodin's small lot neighbors his uncle Pedro's award-winning COE lots.
As the younger generation assumes greater responsibility, the Villatoro family legacy evolves. Led by Jenner, Rodin, Milton, and Petronilo Jr., they embrace new varieties, drive educational initiatives, and experiment with processing techniques—all while nurturing a culture of collaboration and innovation.
